3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a scheduled session or engagement under the following conditions:

More than 48 hours before scheduled session:

  • Full refund of payment for that session
  • Option to reschedule to a mutually agreed time

Less than 48 hours before scheduled session:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

No-show (failure to attend without notice):

  • No refund will be provided
  • Session will be considered delivered

3.2 Cancellation by Nexuswave

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a scheduled session:

  • We will provide as much notice as possible
  • You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
  • We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Consulting Services

  • Consulting services are non-refundable once the session has commenced
  • If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided
  • Partial sessions are not refundable

4.2 Training & Workshops

  • Training sessions are non-refundable once delivered
  • If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided
  • Recorded sessions or materials provided are non-refundable

4.3 Custom Projects

  • Custom project refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Refund terms will be specified in the project agreement
  • Work already completed is non-refundable

4.4 Ongoing Support Agreements

  • Terms for cancellation and refunds will be specified in the individual support agreement
  • Contact us to discuss termination of ongoing support arrangements

5. Services That Are Non-Refundable

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Sessions that have commenced
  • Digital materials or recordings that have been provided
  • Administrative or processing fees (if applicable)

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  1. Contact us via our contact form as soon as possible
  2. Include your name, the service booked, and the scheduled date
  3. Clearly state whether you wish to cancel or reschedule

We aim to process all cancellation and refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Card refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer

8. Rescheduling

As an alternative to cancellation, you may request to reschedule:

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • We will work with you to find a mutually convenient alternative time
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Each booking may be rescheduled once without penalty

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Bereavement
  • Other serious unforeseen circumstances

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.

10. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about a refund decision:

  2. We will review the matter and respond within 10 business days
  3. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally
